If you're unable to attend a class for any reason or forget to come, we can't offer refunds or credits due to the time and preparation needed for our workshops.
However, you can transfer your spot to a friend or gift your ticket to someone else to brighten their creative day.
In some instances, we might provide you with the materials to complete the workshop at home. Please email us at hello@bryarose.co.nz to inquire.
Your seat is secured once full payment is received, so ensure you enter your email address correctly and look for an automated confirmation email. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder or contact us at hello@bryarose.co.nz.
We have minimum attendance requirements. If we don't meet these and need to cancel a class, we will offer you a full refund or a credit to attend a workshop of equal value within 12 months. The refund or credit will not exceed the workshop's purchase price.
